Onboarding System Implementation

So you have a lead that wants to become a customer great! But the process to convert them into a customer involves a lot of manual time-consuming work and you need something that is more efficient. We will take a look at your current workflow and find ways to optimize and speed up the process. We will work with you to find the right tools to support the process including creating well-designed proposals, engagement letters, and even questionnaires to make sure you are collecting all the necessary information to get your new customer started on the right foot. We will also make sure this system is integrated with the rest of your current tech stack to ensure the project gets started on the right foot!

I am not sure where to start. How can you help me figure it out?

The best thing to do is book a free consultation! We will take a look at where things are currently and where you would like them to be in the future. On our call, we will come up with a list of deliverables ranked in priority. My team and I will then put together a proposal to start working on those deliverables. A lot of the time there is already a system in place and with some adjustments, we can make the system work in the way it is intended to help give you better results!

We have experience with a variety of tools and we are always on the lookout for new ones to add to our list. Some of our favourites include Monday.com, Click-Up, Asana, Trello, Teamwork, Pipedrive, Hubspot, Active Campaign, Keap, Copper, Pandadoc, Honeybook, Dubsado, Zapier and so many more!

Why should I work with you over other companies?

We take a very holistic approach to your systems. This means that we do a review of your current system and your processes and then we make recommendations on what we think would work best for you, your team and your business. We know multiple pieces of software so we can recommend the tools that will fit best with your process and how you work. This is unlike other companies that only work with one or two tools which can feel like trying to stick a round peg into a square hole. We want to make sure we design a system that you will ultimately use and will continue to work for your business down the road.

What level of support can I expect after my system has been implemented?

We provide an additional 30 days of support once the implementation has been completed. We know that once you start using the system there will be small tweaks needed to the workflow along with questions on how to best do certain things. We are here to support you and make sure that you are making the most of your new system! In addition we also offer ongoing support on a monthly package if you feel you will need support outside of the initial 30 days.
